Duties: Software development for the part of the emulatorcompiler that analyzes the customer design in order to map it on the emulatorresources. Contribute to the design and implementation of new functionality forthis part of the compiler as well as support current functionality. Work onhigh-level algorithm design, as well as on the ones and zeroes of theprogrammable emulator hardware. The work is primarily in C++ on Linux. Designand write unit tests and regression tests as part of the software developmentprocess. Analyze and debug reported defects in the compilation software.Interact with other software teams as well as the emulator hardware teams in aninternational, multi-site, development environment

Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent in ElectronicEngineering, Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering or a relatedfield and 12 months of experience in the job offered or in SoftwareEngineer-related occupation. Position also requires coursework, co-op,internship, or professional experience in the following: software development;algorithm and data structure design; C++ and Python; EDA hardware descriptionlanguages (Verilog or VHDL); gate level digital logic design; hardware debug;EDA software simulation; Linux operating systems; and, source code versioncontrol.
