OrthoFi is a Denver and Chattanooga-based company that builds software in the orthodontic space. OrthoFi helps make elective healthcare more affordable for patients while also supporting growth and financial processes for orthodontic practices.

We are looking for a talented engineer to lead us in building scalable software solutions within an Agile team. You will have experience solving complex problems in a collaborative environment. You will report to the Engineering Manager.

What You Will Do:
- Develop high-quality code solutions that deliver value against our goals
- Be a mentor and great teammate for other engineers on the team
- Influence department wide architectural strategies
- Achieve standards for code quality, reliability, scalability, and performance
- Evaluate new technologies and build prototypes
What You Will Bring:
- Working knowledge of some of the following relevant technologies: C# (.Net/Core) or Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, AWS, Angular, SQL (SQL Server/Postgres), and NodeJS.
- Expertise on architecting scalable, secure, and available systems
- An eye towards performance, CI/CD, logging, database solutions, and automated testing
- Explore and prototype the latest technological solutions
- Comfort working with cloud-based services, such as AWS
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
