Developing and architecting Middleware solutions for MUFG's business applications. Developing, testing, implementing and supporting map flows and application interfaces utilizing IBM Middleware tool set (EPP/FTM framework, IBM Integration Broker (IIB), WebSphere MQ (WMQ) and WebSphere Transformation Extender (WTX), and similar third party data transformation tools. Architecting and developing N-tier and Microservices based architecture using Spring Boot, Spring Security, OAUTH 2.0, Spring Data, Spring Cloud configuration, Apache Camel, AWS, RabbitMQ, Restful Web Services, MySQL, MongoDB and Docker container. Designing and developing REST services/API using digitalML modeling tool. Building Continuous Integration and Continuous Development(CICD) pipeline, automated code coverage, unit testing and reporting using Bitbucket, Jenkins, Nexus repo Ant and Maven. Designing, developing and supporting platform independent adapters using Java and Perl to provide application interface to messaging transport layer (MQ Series). Providing guidance to programmers in developing REST Services, adapters and message flows. Serving as a liaison charged with bridging the gap between business requirements and technical deliverables and communicating information gathered to other Middleware developers. Collecting and documenting interface requirements. Communicating with business users and developing interfaces based on financial message formats. Designing, developing and supporting adapters using MUFG messaging transport layer. Implementing software upgrades and technical changes.

Qualifications - External

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related field (or foreign equivalent degree)

Experience: 7 years of software application development, testing and implementation experience in banking, Insurance or financial industry utilizing IBM Middleware tool set (EPP/FTM framework, IBM Integration Broker (IIB), WebSphere MQ (WMQ) and WebSphere Transformation Extender (WTX) and WebSphere Application Server (WAS); architecting & developing microservices based architecture using Spring Boot, Spring Security, OAUTH 2.0, Spring Data, Spring Cloud configuration, Apache Camel, AWS, RabbitMQ, Restful Web Services, MySQL, MongoDB and docker container; designing & developing REST services/API using digitalML modeling tool; building CICD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Development) pipeline, automated code coverage, unit testing and reporting using Bitbucket, Jenkins, Argo CD, Nexus repo, Ant, and Maven; developing and supporting platform independent adaptersusing Java and Perl; and providing application interface to messaging transport layer (MQ Series).

Other: Required to work nights & weekends & be on-call during non-business hours for technical support & maintenance purposes.

Other: Position allows telecommuting 2-3 days a week.
