Job Description Summary:

Bill Me Later, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of PayPal, Inc. seeks Software Engineer 2 in Washington, DC

Job Duties: Design, develop, and test software for Paypal's Credit product line. Review team members' code changes on Github and create alerts monitoring for systems using Splunk. Adopt the Agile methodology, attend daily scrum meetings, and bi-weekly grooming and planning sessions with the team as well as 1-on-1 meeting with supervisors to track progress. Collaborate with other developers and across other teams to solve technical problems within the branch. Utilize Java programming language and Spring framework to develop microarchitecture servers, daemons, and batch jobs, and internal tools for managing software infrastructures and releases.

Job Description:

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field plus one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
