Job Description:

Due to the growth of our business, Xsense.Ai, Inc. is in demand of professional services of Software Engineers. The Software Engineer will be responsible for the following duties:

• Build up sensor fusion scenario evaluators on Cloud to assess test cases featured from real-world field datasets to prevent the algorithm from performance regression;
• Create and manage hundreds of sensor fusion test cases covering various corner scenarios of dynamic objects detection, stationary object detection, and vulnerable road user detection;
• Design and implement algorithms for sensor fusion and object association across multi-sensor modalities such as one or more cameras, radars, and Lidar sensors;
• Perform multi-target tracking through the lifecycle of tracked objects including creation, splitting and merging, and termination of tracked objects;
• Analyze and diagnose algorithm issues and logs that will impact self-driving cars' ability, and resolve issues in the software code;
• Work with large field-testing data to continuously iterate/improve autonomous driving performance;
• Work closely with software and test team members for deployment and support of sensor fusion algorithms on our customer fleet.

Minimum Requirements:

• MS in Electrical Engineering, CS, or related field;
• Solid foundation in filtering (KF/PF) algorithms, modeling, and probability;
• Familiar with Camera/Radar/Lidar measurement models;
• Proficient in Python, C/C++, or MATLAB;
• Strong knowledge of ML frameworks: TensorFlow or PyTorch;
• Strong debugging, problem-solving and analytical skills.
