Job Summary:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will contribute to the onboarding and compliancy team in business banking by delivering and supporting OBNC capabilities. This role involves full stack development and cloud-based engineering, working within an agile pod to drive analysis, development, defect resolution, and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engineering work within the Pod scope, including fixes, enhancements, and technical improvements aligned to backlog priorities.
Participate in pod operating rhythm such as daily huddles and technical discussions to coordinate work and manage blockers.
Perform triage and root-cause analysis for defects, implementing corrective actions and supporting validation through testing and releases.
Collaborate with cross-pod teams and stakeholders to manage dependencies and ensure smooth delivery.
Maintain strong delivery practices including code reviews, documentation, and operational readiness.
Contribute to transition and continuity activities as work moves across pods.

Required Experience:

7–8 years of overall experience in software engineering.
Strong experience with Jira and GitHub.
Advanced technical expertise in Azure, cloud-native development, Java, Angular, MS SQL, and Spring Boot.
Experience with coding design patterns.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.

Nice-to-Have Experience:

Cloud architecture experience.
Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot.
Previous banking or financial services domain experience.
Experience with Kafka.
