Peach.com, our latest adult direct messaging web application, offers content creators a platform to share and sell media to a worldwide audience safely. Selling content and subscriptions is a billion-dollar industry with room for competition. Using Chaturbate's reputation as a safe and trusted platform with hundreds of millions of users passing through will help drive traffic to the app.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a Python expert, ideally with Django experience or the aptitude to master it quickly. Additionally, experience with consumer-facing products is a significant plus. Moreover, we're seeking someone who thrives on collaboration and is ready to join a team of other high-potential developers.
What You'll Do:

• Craft technical solutions by turning visionary product ideas into tangible experiences for consumers.
• Help elevate coding standards by keeping the code base organized and writing high-quality code.
• Directly impact and contribute to significant enhancements in user experiences.

Requirements
Skills You Have:

• You consider yourself an expert or highly experienced in Python.
• You have deep database expertise, preferably with Postgres or Redis, and comprehend their role in web development.
• You've deployed applications via Docker and have an understanding of containerization.
• You've worked on a consumer product and understand its inner workings.

Bonus Points:

• You've worked with Django either professionally or personally.
• Some experience with front-end technologies like Javascript and Typescript will be helpful in bridging the gap between design and technical implementation.
• Familiarity with platforms like AWS and GCP are highly desirable.

The Base Salary range for this position is $117,000 - $176,000 USD annually. This range reflects base salary only and does not include additional compensation or benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across the US for the posted position. A candidate's specific pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the candidate's job-related skills, relevant education, training, experience, certifications, and abilities of the candidate, as well as other factors unique to each candidate.
