Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer in the Product Success SOFTBOT® Factory Team, you will be designing and coding solutions and unit level tests that will form the foundation of integrated solutions provided to our end-customers. You will be using the tools available in the SOFTBOT® Platform to deliver these solutions, including a native C# .NET  framework, a JavaScript React framework, and a proprietary low-code environment based on the Elsa Workflows framework. If there is a gap between end-customer needs and our platform capability, you will develop custom solutions to bridge them. The custom solutions of today will become the basis of SOFTBOT® Platform features of tomorrow. Software engineers who like a variety in their tasks and enjoy creating solutions on an agile basis will thrive in this environment. When it comes down to it, you are developing a product that makes robots move in real life.

• Develop new features and solutions required to realize an in-progress integrated solution for an end-customer
• Collaborate with your colleagues and manager
• Discover, present, and collaborate architectural, data model, design, procedural and technical ideas that continuously improve our solutions and their realization
• Evangelize to, and mentor others on application development strategies, technologies, techniques, tools, and guidelines
• Become an expert on how to integrate robotics and automation technologies into our platform

• 2 to 4+ years with experience in Software Engineering or other related Computer Science fields
• 2 to 4+ years with experience working on a professional services team, field implementation team, or other related roles
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript, or C# .NET
• Experience developing, shipping, and maintaining software in production
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Drive to create, build, and prove out new ideas

• Experience working with or contributing to low code tools
• Passion to collaborate and innovate with your peers
• Ability to take on and learn new ideas quickly
• Knowledge of security best practices
