Software Engineer

Software Engineer. Troy, MI. Perform software build configuration, maintenance of build system, automation, and source control management system maintenance. Perform software integration testing and maintain build environment of ADAS electronic control units (ECUs). Test software/hardware requirement change requests based on customer requests and release software with compatible versioning. Perform software configuration management tasks including branching, merging, and tagging. Build and release software, code merges, branch, and label creation, and the interface between development and infrastructure. Verify software builds based on test plans. Develop scripts to improve automated testing. Debug and troubleshoot software/manufacturing issues. Validate DIDs, faults, routine, diagnostics, and trouble codes for each software release. Accountable to apply, maintain, and decommission the standardized Continuous Integration (CI) tool chain to the project/platform/program with support of Core CI Team. Requires Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and coursework in Operating Systems, Programming and Data Structures, Database Management Systems, and Design and Analysis of Algorithms.
