Job Description – Software Engineer – Solutions & Data Engineering

Roles & responsibilities:
• Plan, design and implement integrations on clients.
• Participate in client discovery sessions, responsible to take functional/non-functional requirements,
solutionize and create Technical Requirement and Design Documents.
• Preparing the entire implementation plans or work breakdown structures & ensure deadlines are met
all across.
• Data engineering will be one of the primary responsibility and an added advantage to work on creating
Data pipelines on technologies such as: Apache Spark, Databricks, Kafka, Data warehouse.
• Analytical dashboards and business/technical reporting framework designing and implementation.
• Technical process building, optimisations and improvisations
• Codebase governance and management.
• Ensuring high quality service delivery through adherence to quality standards
• Creating Technical/Integration Design Documents.
• Creating training/FAQ documents that would help other teams to troubleshoot and manage the
customer after Go-Live
• Interacting with various teams within mphrX to get different functional modules of the product
implemented on clients.
• Customizing the customer environment via scripts/configurations, etc. to match the customer
requirement
• Giving trainings to customers on various tools/features of the application
• Giving proper handover/KTs to Business Support Teams before Go-Lives
Requirements:
• Any Graduate with 0-2 Years experience in the relevant field before joining the organization.
• Prior experience in customer handling, requirements gathering, design analysis.
• Strong hold on how to create Solution Design Documents, High and Low Level Architecture Designs,
Workflow/Sequence Diagrams.
• Hands on experience in JSON, XML, REST based data integrations.
• Hands on experience in any scripting based programming language for instance: JavaScript, Shell/Bash,
Python, Perl, R, Scala etc.
• Programming experience in Object Oriented Languages like Java, C++.
• Must have experience in creating Maven or any other JDK.
• Must have experience in working with Linux/Unix based systems.
• Problems/Issues/Defects debugging skills are must.
• Excellent know-how on noSQL or RDBMS databases such as MongoDB, Oracle, MySql etc.
• Excellent understanding of Web Service protocols such as REST and SOAP
• Ability to use version control systems such as GIT and SVN
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and aptitude
• Should be open to learn new programming languages/technologies.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, self-starter and maintains positive attitude.
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, Mirth or Healtcare Standards is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of end to end SDLC.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; coordinate complex projects, meet deadlines and
manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
