Position Description

Our Cyber Analytics practice is seeking an experienced and driven Software Engineer. The Software Engineer will apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) to design and develop software and integrate applications per technical specifications. You will conduct software/applications testing and perform necessary maintenance within complex environments. Coordination with Government stakeholders, engineers, other contractors, and vendors is necessary to meet end-user requirements and maintain critical operations.

Minimum Basic Requirements for Skills, Experience, Education, and Credentials include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer/Information Security, Network Administration, or other related discipline, or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
• Additional education, training, certifications, or work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
• 5 years of experience with cloud operations and system administration.
• Understanding of software development and engineering languages and tools (e.g., Java, Python, Ruby, NET/C#, HTML, PowerShell, CI/CD, etc.)
• Software development experience with Java, Ruby on Rails, C++, or similar.
• Expert knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies.
• Containerization experience (Docker, Pvotal Cloud Foundtry Docker, Open Stack, and public or AWS GovCloud delivery solutions through AWS or Azure) is preferred.
• Clearance Requirement: Active TS clearance is required.
