Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a rich user interface for our mission-critical high-availability analytics application using TypeScript, JavaScript and ReactJs
• Participate in user experience design reviews with a major focus on ease of use, visual appeal, and consistency
• Engage in architectural initiatives with emphasis on re-usability, performance, and robustness of the code.
• Work as a member of a team, helping the team respond quickly and effectively to business needs
• Take responsibility for features including user interactions and the look, feel and implementation of our UI
• Writing unit and integration tests to ensure a healthy test coverage for your code

Requirements

• Degree in BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Experience with at least 1 the following: TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Angular, Backbone, or Ember
• Passionate and driven about creating a delightful customer experience
• Hands on experience with an Enterprise level, SaaS-based cloud application 

 Bonus experience

• Experience with React JS frameworks
•  2-4 years of work experience
• An eye for UI design elements
• SASS
• SVG
• Experience battling friends and co-workers with nerf-based weapons

The expected annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 . Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but aren’t limited to) such as role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, location, and experience. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offerings, and equity awards.
