Job Overview

The Software Engineer position will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, testing, documenting and support of information systems. This roles primary focus will be working with “Connect” software system. This system is a secure, HIPAA compliant platform for exchanging, evaluating, and monitoring medical data in real time. It allows physicians, specialists, and administrators to access and process information as part of a larger managed care system. The software engineer will be responsible for developing secure and high performing solutions for our participating clinics and their providers. This role must be detail-oriented and able to communicate effectively across multiple departments. Must be comfortable gathering requirements, providing technical support, documenting architectural design, and creating reports for the executive team.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or technical discipline required.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience with type-safe programming languages such as C#, Java, and Golang required.

3. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, MySql required.

4. Strong knowledge of OOP principles and design patterns.

5. Experience building single page applications using web technologies such as Angular, React, Vue, or HTML Web Components.

6. Experience building HTTP APIs using REST, GraphQL, or other messaging methodologies.

7. Preferred experience with Typescript.

8. Understanding of Scrum process and Agile approach to development.

9. Ability to determine whether a problem is caused by hardware, software, operating systems, or network failures.

10. Experience resolving production and infrastructure issues.

11. Experience researching and presenting technologies and solutions.

Compensation

$90,649.23 - $113,311.54 annually
