Software Engineer

Position Description:

Be responsible for building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. Design, develop, and maintain robust commercial quality web products and solutions with compelling user interfaces and experiences. Determine operational feasibility of features and products by evaluating the analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions. Ensure efficient performance and scalability of all designs and implementations. Show a desire and ability to learn new techniques and share knowledge in a small team environment. Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in web technologies. Demonstrate a passion for software development and high-quality code.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related position.

Skills Required:

• 2 years of experience with at least one of the following programming languages: Java, JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript.
• 1 year of experience with front-end application design and development, using React or Angular Framework.
• 1 year of experience with SQL and at least one SQL database server.
• 1 year of experience designing REST API’s.
• 1 year of experience developing applications on the cloud, including the use of cloud technologies and platforms.
• 2 years of experience working in a development team following the Agile Scrum methodology.
• Telecommuting from anywhere in the United States is allowed.

Rate of Pay: $184,662 to $195,000 per year
