About the Role:

If you are a fearless frontend web developer who enjoys getting deep in web apis and javascript debugging, let’s talk! This role will be responsible for implementing an innovative approach to using JavaScript, Web Browser APIs, HTTP Requests, WebSockets, and more. You’ll be involved in shaping the future of cutting-edge web technology at Consensus!

What You’ll Do:

● Implement and onboard new customers to our most advanced technology.

● Debug problems in the browser, HTTP requests, authentication, and streaming.

● Collaborate with other engineers on the team to develop and implement best practices in a TypeScript/React environment.

● Maintain and ensure our platform continues to develop and improve over time.

● Work with team members to deliver exciting new features.

● Work across teams to integrate this product within the larger Consensus offering.

What We’re Looking For:

● Deep experience with JavaScript and Web Browser APIs (5+ years)

● Strong frontend browser debugging skills

● A solid understanding of different kinds of Web Authentication

● Good working knowledge of web browser security features

● Experience with Chrome Extensions

● Comfortable working with TypeScript and React

● Comfortable with nodejs/express API development

● Experience with PostgreSQL (preferred)

● Working in the America’s timezones
