OBJECTIVE

We are looking for an enthusiastic developer to join our team and help us build amazing solutions that further the mission and vision of Passion. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom minded individual who models initiative, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in planning, developing, maintaining, and improving web based applications for Passion Inc. (Passion City Church, sixstepsrecords, Passion Publishing, and Passion Conferences)
• Use technical knowledge and creative thinking to provide innovative solutions using industry standard tools including Vue.js, PHP, and C#
  
• Have experience with SQL, T-SQL, and other databases to improve performance and generate reports
  
• Work with the wider team to develop engaging front end experiences using tools including Webflow, Wordpress, and other CMS's
  
• Support our cloud based infrastructure in AWS / Azure

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Remote 1 day/wk)

AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL

• Degree in Engineering or 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Strong communicator with ability to discuss technical issues with non technical team members
• Self-motivated to meet aggressive deadlines in a rapid development environment
• Willing to learn new applications / environments and adopt our processes (scrum / pair programming)
• Willing to 'do what it takes' by assisting where needed
• Consider anything but act only on the best solution for the entire team
