Being a Software Engineer (AI) at iManage Means…
You are excited about joining forces with a multi-disciplinary team of data scientists and engineers to build on our cloud-native platform. As a Software Engineer (AI), you will have the opportunity to be immersed in our iManage product suite and gain exposure to the full software development lifecycle. You will work on our Artificial Intelligence (AI) products and have a direct impact on our customers’ daily workflows.
You will operate with a data-focused mindset to scale the delivery of our enterprise AI products to improve the practice of law globally. If you have a strong passion for software and data and want to apply your technical and problem-solving skills, come and join our team.
iM Responsible For…

• Contributing to a range of projects that involve bringing AI to bear on addressing actual customer needs.
• Staying current with the latest tools, packages, and advancements in machine learning techniques, consistently pushing the boundaries to deliver optimal solutions.
• Taking ownership and seeing a task through to completion, asking for help where necessary.
• Following the best practices for CI/CD to deliver robust software to our end users using a technology stack. comprising of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Vault, Argo, Helm, GitHub Actions, etc.

iM Qualified Because I Have…

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science or related field.
• Experience in appropriately utilizing data structures, algorithms, and statistics.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, Scala etc.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• An interest in the theory and practice of Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• A passion for learning about and contributing to running a large-scale cloud-native platform.
• The ability to work in a globally distributed team to solve challenging problems.

Bonus Points If I Have...

• A bias towards action and building good software iteratively.
