Job Description
Join our mission to revolutionize observability with answer-driven automation powered by the Dynatrace AutomationEngine. Our advanced Workflow Automation Platform empowers organizations to overcome cloud management challenges, unlock the full potential of their cloud strategy, and reduce manual effort by putting answers into action.
This role is key to advancing our core automation capabilities by developing new features and improvements using Python, React, and TypeScript.

  • You support and accompany your development team throughout the entire software development process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain features of our core automation platform
  • In cooperation with your team and internal stakeholders (product management, architects), you define user stories, and you're responsible that your team is fulfilling the definition of ready and meeting the definition of done
  • You are passionate about software engineering and enjoy being actively involved in hands-on work


Qualifications

  • Several years of experience as a Software Engineer with Python (preferred) and TypeScript/React (nice-to-have)
  • Technical studies related to Software Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Strong focus on software quality, performance, and clean architecture
  • Team player with a proactive approach, ability to inspire colleagues: communicative, organized, and visionary
  • Familiar with working in an agile environment
  • Good English communication
  • Experience with building workflow automation systems is a plus

Compensation and rewards

  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
  • Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
