Software Engineer (Atlassian)

Your role at Exness:

You will have a vital role in helping capture and automate business processes from different departments, as well as integrate them with different data sources and reporting tools. 

If you are not already located in Cyprus, relocation to Cyprus is a requirement for this role.

You will:

• Manage and deploy Jira projects, workflows, automations, permissions, notifications, dashboards, filters, reports, etc. as well as improve Jira security
• Jira and Confluence application and system administration tasks, testing new software releases to assure application/plugin compatibility after upgrade, user management, etc.
• Work with key users from different departments in order to understand their internal processes and convert them to Jira projects
• Manage Confluence to ensure it meets business requirements, suggest improvements and automations
• Work with cross-functional IT professionals to integrate Jira projects with different data sources and reporting tools/mechanisms
• Work closely with Business Process management team in terms of business processes automation
• Training and knowledge transfer to different business and technical stakeholders on different aspects of Jira projects and integrations

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Jira as application administrator
• Linux System Administration or experience managing Atlassian tools on Linux OS
• Practical experience with Agile development practices
• Experience with Groovy, Jira REST and Java API is a plus
• Upper-intermediate English is a must
