Responsibilities Include:

• Primarily responsible for delivering high quality technical designs and code for the product requirements in a fast-paced agile scrum environment.
• Lead and participate in small to medium-scale projects by reviewing project requirements; translating requirements into technical solutions; gathering requested information (for example, design documents, product requirements, wire frames); writing and developing code; conducting unit testing; communicating status and issues to team members and stakeholders; collaborating with project team and cross functional teams; troubleshooting open issues and bug-fixes; ensuring on-time delivery and hand-offs; interacting with project manager to provide input on project plan; and providing leadership to the project team..
• Strive for continuous improvement in efficiency.
• Troubleshoot business and production issues by gathering information (for example, issue, impact, criticality, possible root cause); engaging support teams to assist in the resolution of issues; formulating an action plan; performing actions as designated in the plan; interpreting the results to determine further action; performs root cause analysis to prevent future occurrence of issues; and completing online documentation.
• Provide support to the business by responding to user's questions, concerns, and issues (for example, technical feasibility, implementation strategies); identifying short- and long-term solutions; facilitating resolutions; and leading cross-functional partnership.

About You
You have and can implement big ideas with a positive attitude. You want to be a part of the team to disrupt this industry and you have these main skills:

• 2+ years of prior industry experience in developing highly scalable micro-services and optimized RESTful APIs using Spring Boot in Java 8 or above.
• 2+ years of prior experience in Junit for unit testing application.
• 2+ years of experience in version control tools - GitHub.
• Experience with messaging tools like Kafka or ApacheMQ.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Maven tool to build and deploy artifacts to snapshot repository.
• Experience in automated CI/CD workflow using tools such as Jenkins and GitHub.
• Experience with non-relational database technologies (Cassandra, Cosmos, or Mongo DB), data modeling and RESTful web APIs.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana.
• Experience in working in an environment using Agile practices and collaborative tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• A disciplined approach to development, code review, testing, documentation, and code structure in a team environment.
• A constant desire to improve, learn more and take things to the next level and a passion for adopting the latest industry best practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience with relational database technologies (SQL or Oracle).
• Prior enterprise experience in working with Azure Cloud Technologies.
• Experience working directly with Product, Business, and other stake holders in delivering end-to-end product features.
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Cucumber or Karate.
