Software Engineer, Backend

We’re looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in building and maintaining the core functionality of our platform. You’ll collaborate closely with the CTO and Product teams to deliver scalable, high-performing, and reliable solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from optimizing existing systems to developing new features and products. As part of a small, agile team, you’ll have the freedom to innovate and take ownership of critical initiatives. 📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Write clean, maintainable code with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Seamlessly connect user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Work closely with sales teams to prioritize features that drive revenue growth.
• Implement robust security measures and manage data protection.
• Engage with customers to help them succeed with Constrafor.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of our back-end architecture.

 📈 Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in scaling RESTful API systems.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, Postgres, and AWS.
• Experience with data migration, ETL systems, and building SaaS products.
• Passion for product ownership and solving complex customer challenges.
