Software Engineer - Channel Integration

ABOUT THE ROLE

Teikametrics is seeking a Backend Software Engineer to build and maintain integration services for e-commerce platforms, processing and analyzing seller data at scale. The role requires expertise in API integration and data processing, with a tech stack that includes Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and AWS services. This position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a cloud-based environment, driving actionable insights for e-commerce business optimization.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME

• Build and maintain scalable data processing services using Java/Spring Boot
• Integrate with external e-commerce platforms' APIs
• Design and implement data models and database schemas
• Work with message queues and event-driven architectures using Kafka
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues

WHO YOU ARE

• 3-5 years of professional software development experience
• Experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot
• Experience with external API integration and data processing
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with message brokers, Kafka is a plus
• AWS experience is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and collaboration skills
