Software Engineer - Conversational AI

We are looking for a talented software engineer to design, develop and maintain a platform for conversation AI. You will be responsible for developing and integrating various AI technologies to create a conversational experience that is both natural and effective. The platform will be used to develop chatbots and voice assistants that will be deployed across various channels such as websites, mobile apps.

Responsibilities• Design and develop a scalable, reliable and robust platform for conversation AI in Python and AWS cloud environment.• Develop and integrate AI technologies such as natural language processing, machine learning into the platform.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as UX designers and product managers to ensure the platform meets the requirements of the end-users.• Develop and maintain documentation for the platform, including API documentation, user guides and technical specifications.• Write clean, efficient and well-documented code, and ensure code quality through automated testing and continuous integration and deployment.• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies and apply them to the platform where appropriate.• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other members of the team.• Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise in the platform, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.• Provide technical support to clients who are using the platform.

Requirements• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related field.• 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on building scalable and reliable web applications.• Expert-level experience in Python and proficiency in at least one other programming language such as C++, Java, Rust.• At least 3 years of experience with AWS Cloud or GCP.• Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.• Experience with AI technologies such as natural language processing, machine learning, and speech recognition.• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.

Compensation: Our salary is competitive and ranges between $150,000-$200,000/annually for candidates located in the SF Bay area and will be determined based on your experience and qualifications.
