Latent AI enables creation of more robust, efficient, and agile edge applications that improve user adoption and mission impact.Our current product mission is simplifying and accelerating traditional AI workflows from model training and optimization to deployment and support. Our flagship product, the Latent AI Efficient Inference Platform™ (LEIP), is a unified SDK built for machine learning engineers and AI software developers. Our solutions are being used in more places than ever before including manufacturing automation, predictive maintenance, process control, consumer electronics, and defense and aerospace applications. As a vital member of a growing team, you will have the opportunity to directly shape our culture and personality as well as implement systems that support our company's evolution and direction. 

This position will involve participating in the creation of developer tools and systems for AI based applications. We are looking for developers with an exposure to deep learning and compiler technologies. 

Please note that this position will open in Q3-Q4 2022. We will hold any resumes submitted before this time in our system for evaluation.

• Build the LEIP developer tools, distributed systems and runtime engine.
• Work closely with the R&D team; be the D to their R.

Key Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, a closely related field, or equivalent work experience. 
• Solid  programming skills in Python and C / C++.
• Familiar with Docker and understanding of other cloud infrastructure frameworks.
• Proficient with source version control system Git.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative working style; able to self manage your time effectively.
• Able to work with a distributed team.
• A Passion for learning and adopting new technologies.
