A little about the role…

As a Software DevOps Engineer, you will create and support enterprise solutions to continue building our DevOps infrastructure and platform. This role will maintain existing and develop new services supporting our industry leading SAAS solution. You understand that to best serve our customers, we must be a world-class organization employing best practices for engineering and operations. You will be part of both evolving our current products and platforms and helping optimize our cloud infrastructure for stability.

What You’ll Do

• Building and implementing new development tools and infrastructure.

• Supporting Product Teams to build the link between development and
• operations.
• Working on ways to automate and improve development and release
• processes.
• Implement automation of security, testing, builds and deployment fo
• releases.
• Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats.
• Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and fixes.
• Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended.

• Planning projects and being involved in project management decisions.

Requirements

Our Ideal Candidate will have…

• Linux administration
• Ability to learn new technologies/applications
• AWS: EC2, S3, RDS, Aurora, EKS, ECS, CloudFormation, Route 53, IAM, CloudFront, etc
• Experience with Redis
• Experience with Sidekiq
• Experience with Kafka
• Proven experience with IAAS and PAAS solution development and management.
• Experience with Scripting (Python/Bash/etc.)
• Experience with Ruby/Rails
• Experience with building automation for system deployments and maintenance
• Experience with Network configuration
• Experience with Bitbucket and CircleCI CI/CD pipeline solutions
• Continuous Monitoring Solutions – New Relic
• Experience with work in an environment that executes Scrum and Kanban frameworks for realizing Agile values and principles.

Salary

$125K-$155k DOE

Location

This position is based in our Denver office. We are currently in a flexible hybrid in-office/remote working model based on local COVID-19 health regulations and business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver office a few days a week.
