• 5+ years of experience with D365 Finance and Operations in the design, development, implementation, and integration of enterprise applications.
• Have a passion for technology and willingness to explore and adopt emerging technologies for practical business purposes.
• Bring an upbeat, positive attitude while enjoying working with an agile team to develop innovative technical solutions to help enable business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Be apt at quickly understanding new business domains and be creative and thoughtful about applying technology to improve processes and issues.
• Ability to quickly build proof-of-concept solutions that are forward looking to how they could be implemented on a larger scale.
• Demonstrated experience modeling the innovation behaviors of questioning, observing, experimenting, networking, and associating.
• Be self-motivated with good time management skills.
• Ability to identify issues, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in working with newer technologies and cloud concepts
• Openness and willingness to cross-skill and train in Dynamics AX / D365.
• Should have experience in the following ERP platforms:
  • D365 F&O and related tools (PowerBI, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, PowerApps).
  • Experience in using Azure DevOps.
