As a Software Engineer, you will...
What you'll do:

• Architect solutions to the most complex problems or system wide impacting changes
• Occasionally serve as a functional leader for engineering team to help accomplish tasks and assure quality of product shipped and issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Support the product team with estimations and assist in determining user story's technical feasibility
• Be a technical reference for other engineers on the team
• Identify and suggest improvements for the development process and technical tools
• Identify and implement libraries, tools, and/or frameworks to solve common problems in the FieldRoutes code base

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 2+ years as a team leader
• 2+ years with Scrum or other Agile methodology
• 6+ years in software development
• 4+ years in web or mobile development
• 6+ years with database design, queries, and optimization
• 2+ years with professional services
• 4+ years with product development
