Software Engineer (GenAI / NLU)

What You'll Be Doing

• Support Business Analysts with requirements gathering and solution design.
• Design and Architect both transactional and knowledge bots for chat and voice.
• Collaborate with team to architect, design, develop and support bots, models, and applications.
• Experience in ensuring the Bots / Models are developed and trained for efficacy using automation.
• Guide and mentor teammates.
• Experience with DialogFlow, NLU & NLG / LLM, ML, NodeJS, TypeScript, Python
• Experience in program leadership, governance, and change enablement.
• Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patterns
• Experience in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations.

What You'll Bring to the Role

• Expertise with Natural Language Understanding (NLU), GenAI, Google Dialog Flow, and Machine Learning
• Development experience with NodeJS, Java or Python, along with SQL and NoSQL databases
• 6+ years of development experience in a related field.
• Experience with cloud services architecture: Azure, AWS or GCP
• Knowledge of contact center solutions and related technology such as Google CCAI, Cisco and Genesys desired.
