Job Description

We are looking for a Software Engineer to work on the systems that power growth at Striim. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for full software development life cycle including the Striim's data infrastructure and multi-tenant sandbox service. A Software Engineer should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end development languages, frameworks and third-party libraries. We are looking for a team player with a solution-oriented mindset and creative drive for visual design and utility.


Responsibilities
  • Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
  • Design client-side and server-side architecture
  • Build front-end applications with appealing visual design
  • Develop and manage well-functioning applications
  • Write clearly consumable APIs
  • Launch detailed test suites
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
  • Create and ensure security and data protection settings are active and up-to-date
  • Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
  • Write technical specifications on deliverables

Requirements

  • 1-3 years' professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
  • Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
  • Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, XML)
  • Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. Java, Python)
  • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Vue, Node.js, jQuery)
  • Knowledge of RDBMS and No-SQL databases (Mysql, Postgres, MongoDB, Redis etc.)
  • Familiarity with major Amazon Web Services: Ec2, network infrastructure (NAT Gateway, Load Balancers), EFS, Kubernetes
  • Experience UX/UI Design tools (Invision and figma)
  • Experience with Web Analytics and SaaS tools (Google Analytics, Segment, Mixpanel, Intercom, Drift)
  • Familiarity working in an agile environment
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must be a motivated self-starter able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field

Compensation Range: $120,000 - $140,000 USD on an annualized basis
