Software Engineer I

About the Role

The Junior Front-end Developer will contribute to designing developing and maintaining our web applications focusing on performance and scalability. This role will play a part in innovating customer experience within a product company for professional services and applying it to international markets including the United Kingdom Spain Germany and Japan. You will utilize your experience with A/B testing conventional UI/UX conversational UI (Chat Bots LLM) payment methods and pricing models to drive business results. The position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain Web Applications

• Craft features that meet business and technical requirements in a reasonable time frame

• Create User Interfaces using React Redux Typescript CSS/LESS HTML and JavaScript

• Interact with server-side part (.Net)

• Follow and improve effective Agile CI/CD processes

• Assure our products are implemented to the highest standards with appropriate automated testing including Unit tests

• Ensure your features meet service level objectives for run times and reliability

• Improve code quality and deployment frequency

• Participate in reviewing designs and code of peer software engineers

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of commercial experience in Front-end development

• Degree in Computer Science a related discipline or equivalent work experience

• Experience with JavaScript HTML/CSS/LESS React Redux and Typescript

• Experience with web service development

• Experience with automated test frameworks (Jest Playwright or similar)

• Experience in an Agile software development environment following CI/CD practices

• Intermediate level of English or higher

• Proven ability to creatively solve problems self-motivate and communicate effectively

• Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning new skills adaptability and collaboration across disciplines
