Software Engineer - Identity Access Management

We are currently hiring a Software Engineer Identity Access Management professional. The ideal candidate will have experience architecting multiple types/categories of software including end-user applications and operating systems/utility software (which provides a platform for running end user applications) for sale to external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, integrate and support Okta's cloud technologies to secure Alcon's customer & consumer facing digital solutions
• Perform development and configuration for integrating applications with Okta for SSO and federation services.
• Transition new and existing applications into Okta SSO and federation services, while enhancing web access management, and directory service environments.
• Implement consumer authentication flows including simple and adaptive MFA along with flexible authorization, and role-based access control
• Integrate applications using SAML, OAuth and OIDC
• Implement CICD / deployment automation for Okta solutions to help deliver high quality software
• Integrate applications using SAML, OAuth and OIDC
• Perform business use case analysis and quickly implement recommended POCs with Okta
• Configure factor enrollments, sign on and password policies and application policies
• Completing day-to-day operational tasks to support users of the Okta service
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end deployment of Okta solutions for Customer/Consumer applications

Key Requirements/Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+0 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• 5 Years of Relevant Experience
• Work hours: Standard Monday - Friday
• Travel Requirements: Up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• Experience in integrating applications using various authentication standards such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect and Header based applications
• Experience in the implementation of basic and advanced user lifecycle management with Okta
• Experience integrating Okta with Active directory and Azure Active Directory
• Hands-on experience in implementing CICD for Okta solutions using Git and Jenkins and other related tools and technologies
• Hands-on experience in Java, JavaScript, Okta expression language, HTML, JSON
