• Apply agile development practices to rapidly deliver incremental improvements to cryptographic and software development security platforms
• Triage and correct client problems with CI/CD security integrations, TLS certificate lifecycle, and
• Reduce security controls friction in high-security, low-risk environments, and creatively add friction to mitigate high-risk access conditions
• Follow the advice of other Software Development Security team members to assist other teams in implementing authentication/authorization better practices, patterns and service optimizations

Who are you?
A Security Engineer 2 is presumed to join HERE with some prior experience in the information security space . This person will observe their team's operations and projects , and volunteer to participate in their execution, exhibiting attention to detail, reliability, and pride of quality in all of their efforts . The most successful Security Engineer 2 resources learn fast and seek to define and own independent execution of tasks, even if their output is still reviewed by more senior team members . The team is geographically distributed, with most team members working from a home office. Collaboration is generally accomplished over the phone or via videoconference.
