Software Engineer II

The Software Engineer II influences the long-term evolution of web technology for the country’s first tech-driven healthcare staffing platform. 

• Build web services, APIs, and integrations to enhance the platform and make Nomad faster
• Write clean, extensible code, and improve the architecture, frameworks, and toolkits used to build and maintain a stable and nimble technology stack
• Define and implement best practices for clean, extensible code
• Develop features and improvements to Nomad Health systems in a secure, well-tested and performant way
• Actively participate in the discussion on the architecture, frameworks, and toolkits used to build and maintain the product
• Own the architecture, frameworks, and toolkits used to build and maintain the product

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Experience writing code

Compensation for this role for a candidate based in Colorado is expected to be between $112,000 to $134,500, and for a candidate based in NYC to be between $131,500 to $158,500. Actual pay may be higher or lower depending on geographic locations, skills, experience, and other factors permitted by law. This role is also eligible to receive a bonus, which is not guaranteed and may be based on individual and company performance.
