Technology Infrastructure Operations, part of the Global Technology & Operations organization, consists of more than 6,600 employees worldwide. TI delivers industry-leading infrastructure products and services to the company's employees, customers and clients around the world.

Job Description

• Ability to lead, improve upon and create processes required for effective Middleware Application Administration.
• Triage, Configure, Install, Update & Troubleshoot WebLogic (10.x. 11.x and 12.x)/ WebSphere/ Tomcat/ JBoss Application Servers and Apache web server in Java Linux platform
• Vast Experience in applying Patches to above products and triaging
• Experience on transaction and performance monitoring tools such as Introscope, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk etc.
• Experience and exposure in TDI (Template driven infrastructure), Ansible and cloud architecture.
• Experience with monitoring the JVM and performance tuning
• Experience with SSL Certificate management
• Responsible for support of JDBC connectivity to different Database Layers
• Must be proficient in Linux environment
• Good to have experience with scripting (python, shell)
• Assist managing vendor support tickets and be able work with a team to triage and resolve urgent application issues.
• Experience with on-call support for the production environment
• Flexibility to cover various work schedules
• Responsibilities
• Must have 7-8 years Middleware Administrator experience and very good knowledge of Weblogic, Tomcat, Websphere, & Apache webserver products.
• Considerable knowledge of incident, change and release management principles, procedures and techniques.
• Demonstrate technical aptitude and ability to think and solve problems creatively.
• Must implement and support best practices and tools
• Exhibits ownership and accountability to drive projects by working collaboratively with global teams
• Requirements
• Education: B. E, B. Tech, MCA
• Certifications If Any
• ITIL Foundation Qualified (Certified Preferred)
  
  Cloud/ Tomcat / Weblogic Certification (desired)
• Experience Range: 6 to 8 Years
• Foundational skills
• Apache, WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat and AppDynamics/ Dynatrace
• Desired skills
• Excellent written and spoken English and presentation skills
• Proficient troubleshooting skills.
