Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

Bill is seeking a passionate front-end engineer to join our Design System team. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in web technologies to create and support design systems that optimize user experiences for internal and external customers. You'll focus on building common components and infrastructure that enhance efficiency, ensure accessibility (ADA compliance), and improve time-to-market for feature teams. Collaborating with talented designers and engineers, you'll contribute to a consistent, beautiful, and user-friendly UI that drives customer satisfaction.

We'd love to chat if you have:

• 2+ years of development experience as a Full Stack or UI Developer
• 2+ years of programming experience in JavaScript (ES6), including writing cross-browser code, writing testable code
• Proficient in building systems for SPAs, such as Webpack, ES6 transpilers, and CSS frameworks
• Strong knowledge of web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, CDN, and Web Components
• Project development experience using Angular, React or TypeScript
• Additional expertise in SOA/REST, NodeJS and application scalability
• Professional and precise communication skills
• Nice to have: Exposure to design systems

The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

$126,500-$151,800 USD
