Software Engineer II, Qualifications Platform, Search

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
  
• 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
  
• Experience developing accessible technologies.
  
• Experience working with mobile testing, web testing, testing frameworks, release process or data analysis.
• Experience with debugging or troubleshooting complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and evolution of our tools, APIs, and infrastructure. This includes Search testing infrastructure for both mobile and web.
• Collaborate effectively with teams across Search and cross-functional team members.
• Search's Gen AI possibilities and opportunities for the infrastructure to help realize them.
• Leverage LLM to improve tools and processes.
