Who you are:

As a Software Engineer II - ServiceNow at Frost, you are our code guru, not only writing the codes but understanding the why's behind them. Our software engineers believe in collaboration, ingenuity, and truly want to drive design and change in the IT realm. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, writing, testing, implementing, supporting, and documenting solutions for assigned programs and applications across the organization. You welcome a challenge and want to provide next level experiences to every individual that uses our systems.

What you'll do:

  • Design, write, test, implement, and document solutions for the ServiceNow platform
  • Collaborate with project teams and other Software Engineers to provide technical support
  • Support the ServiceNow platform by troubleshooting and resolving defects
  • Manage the data integrity of the CMDB, CIs, Assets and Class Models.
  • Manage Discovery and Service Mapping patterns
  • Implement CI data governance processes and procedures for effectively managing CI data
  • Ensure that the CMDB effectively supports other ITSM processes such as Incident, Change, and Asset Mgt.
  • Develop and monitor CI data health reports / dashboards and resolve any issues
  • Create and maintain service catalog requests and items
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years' experience as a ServiceNow administrator and/or developer required.
  • 2+years' experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITAM, Hardware Asset Management and Discovery
  • 2+ years CMDB & CSDM operational experience in a large environment

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Strong understanding of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures associated with programming
  • ITIL v3 or ITIL 2011 Foundation or higher certification
  • ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
  • ServiceNow System Administrator and/or Application Development Certification
