Software Engineer II - Zuora developer

What's the role?

1.The person must have 3-4 years of Zuora Developer experience to support day-to-day queries and analysis from business, finance, dev, QA, and other stakeholders.
2.Experience working on Salesforce org for any module (Sales/Service/Marketing/CPQ/ Community etc.) will be an added advantage

3. Must have worked on integrations around Zuora with Salesforce, Zuora APIs, NetSuite, Payment Gateways, and Avalara.
4. Hands-on Zuora workflow experience is required to automate new workflows and enhance the existing ones.
5. Good understanding of Zuora platform, Zuora Admin, Zuora objects, and APIs.
6. Design, Configure and build customized solutions in Zuora Billing and Salesforce CRM integration module

Who are you?

Role, responsibilities, and expectations:

Design, Configure and build customized solutions in Zuora Billing and Salesforce CRM integration module

Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues

Utilize your expertise on improving the workflows

Contribute to architecture discussions/ decisions and help continuous improvements

Support in release management processes whenever needed

Partner with business users to define, document, and clarify business processes and requirements, and make recommendations for improvement

Ensure platform performance and quality

On Salesforce front, perform configuration changes using Salesforce lightening

Implement platform customizations

Be responsible and accountable for the projects, and work independently to fulfil their requirements

Provide great customer service for users across the organization in response to support requests

Execute change management processes

Mentor less experience team members

Contribute to success of Salesforce projects

Assist in design and implementation of other SFDC projects

Deliver within the SLAs
