Complete Description

As a Software Engineer, you will be part of a collaborative team working in an Agile environment to design, develop, test, and debug applications software and systems. You will utilize your expertise in software analysis, design, and programming to create logical and mathematical solutions. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and encourages innovation and ownership throughout the software development life cycle.

• Work collaboratively in teams to design, develop, document, test, and debug applications software and systems that encompass logical and mathematical solutions.
• Collaborate with equipment designers and hardware engineers in conducting multidisciplinary research and contribute to the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software.
• Determine computer user needs and analyze system capabilities to resolve program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.
• Prepare operating instructions and actively participate in designing and developing compilers, assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems.
• Ensure compliance with software standards and promote adherence to best practices.
• Function as a key member of the team, actively participating in a fast-paced environment that utilizes Agile methodology for software development.
• Foster innovation, forward thinking, and high levels of ownership throughout the software development life cycle.

Minimum Requirements

• Strong software analysis and design experience.
• Proficiency in C++ programming language.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience working with Agile Framework.
• Familiarity with Object-Oriented Methodology.
• Knowledge of Linux operating system.
• Proficiency in Atlassian Tools such as Jira, Confluence, Fisheye Crucible, etc.
• Experience with Git distributed version control system.
