Job Summary :

As a Software Engineer III - C# + WPF + .Net Developer at JPMorgan Chase within the Commercial & Investment Bank - Markets Technology Team, you'll be responsible for applications used by the Credit Trading business globally. The team designs, builds and enhances custom built electronic trading, pricing and execution platforms, working closely with the desk and with core technology groups. Products include corporate bonds, single name and index CDS.
You will work as a front-office developer with a focus on solving business problems via technology in a fast changing environment: time to market is critical, but without compromising on quality or performance.

• Develop high availability trading systems including building new applications/infrastructure & enrich existing applications as a part of the team using variety of advance technologies in Pre-trade space. Align development with the overall Credit trading strategy.
• Convert and enhance complex trading workflows into intuitive user interfaces.
• Build strong relationships founded on trust, integrity & delivery with our partners on the trading desk, research, QR, market risk, operations & technology.
• Design and deliver market-leading technology products in a secure and scalable way as a seasoned member of an agile team
• Proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture
• Own the entire software development cycle from requirements gathering right through to eventual release & subsequent support. Manage software lifecycle in a systematic way. Thoroughness with attention to details is expected.

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years application development experience
• Proficiency in C#.Net WPF is must.
• Experience in C# WPF.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
• Proven organizational skills, decisive priority management, strong teamwork ethic, excellent verbal & written communication skills.

• Python skill is desirable.
• Experience in developing real-time and low latency applications, especially development of front-end's with server-side understanding is desirable
• Understanding of Cloud applications is good to have.
• Understanding of Middleware technologies, Relational Database.
