Software Engineer Intern, Resource Management

Resource Management delivers integrated people profiles, capacity management, scheduling, time reporting and more capabilities that enable operational managers to unlock the potential of their people. Our tech stack includes AWS cloud technologies and diverse frameworks, including Ruby/Rails, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.

This is a remote internship at Smartsheet, based in the USA. You will report to a Smartsheet Manager for 12 weeks over the summer months. The rate of pay for this role is $35.00 hourly.

You Will:

• Build scalable, reliable and performant back-end services for the next generation of applications at Smartsheet (Java, Ruby).
• Solve challenging distributed systems problems and work with modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, Terraform).
• Develop modular, maintainable front-end components for a diverse set of UI experiences (React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS).

You Have:

• Junior or rising Senior in a Computer Science or related degree program.
• Experience with modern programming languages and enthusiasm for full stack development.
• Desire to learn and collaborate with a team
• This internship requires US work authorization or Legal authorization to work in the United States.
