Ascend Learning is seeking a Software Engineer IV to join our Tech & Ops Team. Telecommuting is permitted.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom plugin to achieve business critical requirements.
• Design and develop custom actions that can be called from other applications to insert data into CRM system.
• Develop WCF services and web services to integrate CRM with other applications.
• Responsible for smooth transition of the version and platform upgrade processes of CRM by analyzing the impact and maintain the track of the deadlines.
• Work with SSIS packages for synching legacy CRM data with CRM online and successfully migrated appx 50 mil records.
• Work with Data Export Service to successfully migrate CRM Online data to SQL Database for backup and reporting for data analysis and projections.
• Monitor CRM system performance by analyzing the system jobs, application insights and power platform admin center.

Required Education and Experience

• Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• Experience must include three (1) year of experience with:
• MS Dynamics CRM and SDK tools, like Plugin Registration Tool, CrmSvcUtil, Package Deployer.
• Ribbon Workbench, CRM Rest Builder, Kingswaysoft SSIS package tool.
• MS Dynamics connector for CRM - AX and third-party integration tools like SCRIBE and SKYVIA.
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Report Authoring Extension tool for custom reports.
• Microsoft Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server, and Microsoft CRM for Outlook
• Relational Databases like MS SQL Server.
• WCF Services, Windows Azure, Microsoft Power Point.
• C# .NET for developing plugins, WCF Services and ASP.NET
