What You Will Do:

Our Software Engineers are experienced professionals who provide software engineering expertise to our clients. They work directly with teammates and our National Security clients to execute the following job responsibilities:

• Demonstrated experience performing software development tasks and assists in the design and architecture of software applications individually or as a team member
• Proven ability as primary role to lead technical design of software components as well as lead integration testing of software components
• Proven ability to review, analyze and modify programming systems to include coding, testing, debugging, installing and documenting to support organization's software applications
• Demonstrated experience implementing software development process improvement activities in accordance with organizational procedures
• Proven ability to develop unit and integration tests and test plans for software applications, and prepares software test reports
• Proven ability to also direct others in performing software development tasks
• Demonstrated experience writing documentation for software and software interfaces

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance with minimum of a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
• Must be willing to upgrade to a Full Scope (FS) polygraph
• A Bachelor's degree; or relevant experience in lieu of degree

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET/SCI federal security clearance with a Full Scope/Lifestyle (FS) polygraph
• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Information Systems, or related area of study.
• Relevant software development certifications (e.g., CMMI Associate Certification
