Who we are

Otter offers a wide range of software and hardware solutions for restaurants. Some examples include unifying all orders across platforms (Uber Eats, Doordash etc), QR code ordering, POS, Kiosk, printers etc. The wide range of products brings an interesting set of complexity in terms of discovery and risks to reduce.

What You’ll Do

• Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code to implement integrations
• Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements to existing systems and platforms
• Design, develop, and maintain APIs that enable seamless communication between internal and external services.
• Design scalable, reliable, fault-tolerant architectural systems

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of proven domain experience as a software engineer.
• Conversational English, since you’ll be reporting and communicating with global teams in your day-to-day work.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Working knowledge of API development and web development standards including REST, GraphQL, JSON, etc is preferred
