Software Engineer, Payroll Systems

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
  
• 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
  
• Experience in Java, Typescript or Angular.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
• Experience developing accessible technologies.
• Experience with Payroll, Payroll Systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software and payroll systems' infrastructure.
  
• Maintain highest levels of development practices, including technical design, solution development, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution, writing clean, modular and self-sustaining code, with repeatable quality and predictability.
  
  
• Work closely with analysts and business process owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  
• Contribute to engineering efforts from planning and organization to execution and delivery to solve complex engineering problems.
