We are seeking an experienced Software / DevOps Engineer to analyze, design, and implement strategies for continuous deployment of production and pre-production systems, and development and test pipelines. This includes the design and implementation of the necessary build, validation, and acceptance testing environments. In this role, you will Implement automated infrastructure capabilities such as backups, security tools, and monitoring. You will be responsible for collaborating with teammates and Mission Partners to develop mission need solutions. You'll be a critical member on a small team, responsible for bringing your high-level software engineering skills to bear on national security operations. You will monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve building, packaging, and deployment processes.

You'll be integrated into the team onsite at our customer's location. You may get to occasionally travel (CONUS or OCONUS) to support on-site needs for our end customers at their locations. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability/experience in DevOps in a fast-paced environment.

Role:

Analyzes, designs, and develops computer software required to support hardware or technical service products. Reviews system architecture and selects and implements appropriate development and support tools to ensure product performance. Tests and debugs related software. Incumbents typically have a BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Responsibilities:• Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts.• Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas.• Works on unusually complex problems and provides solutions that are highly creative.• Works under consultative direction toward predetermining long-range targets.• Provides advice and counsel to the organization in area of expertise.

  • Experience with programming and scripting with languages like Python, Perl, Bash, PHP, Java, SQL, or C++.

Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and typically 10+ years of related professional experience. An advanced degree may be preferred at this level.

  • Active TS/SCI + Polygraph
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, competent cross-team collaboration abilities
  • Familiarity with Agile/DevOps paradigms

Salary Range:

$113,100.00 - $203,600.00
