Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Python, leveraging frameworks like Django and Flask to deliver high-performance solutions
• Optimize code for performance and scalability, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring robust functionality
• Support team members across different areas of expertise
• Identify and resolve software issues and bugs, applying best practices in debugging to maintain a reliable, high-performing product
• Maintain clear documentation for code, processes and system design, as well as participate in code reviews to ensure coding standards and quality

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of working experience
• Proficient in Python development with a solid understanding of frameworks such as Django, Flask and evolving technologies
• Strong communication skills to interact with client managers and the development team
• Adapt to evolving technologies and frameworks to contribute to the development of web and software solutions
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality
• Experience working on GenAI implementation in an enterprise environment
