About the role

• You’ll be working within an international group of teams which span from the US till India. This group is responsible for building our Client Delivery Framework which is the foundation for all our future web applications at Nielsen. As a Full Stack developer you will be responsible for transforming the design and the product vision into working products and will directly influence how users will interact with the system.You will work hard to stay on top of fast changing technology and invest a lot of energy in creating a great product with clean interfaces and a great user experience

Responsibilities

• Translate design requirements into functional, user-friendly products and interfaces Work closely with other teams to understand and develop systems APIs Write both unit and integration tests, and develop automation tools for daily tasksDevelop high quality, well documented, and efficient code

Key Skills

• Domain Expertise3 years of experience as a full stack building modern JavaScript-based web applicationsExperience as a Developer on a cross-functional agile team preferredBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or EngineeringTechnical SkillsProficient in Java and GO, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Cassandra, PostgreSQLExpert in HTML, CSS/LESS/SCSS, JavaScript, responsive designProficient in native or web-to-native mobile development tools and frameworksSkilled in using frameworks like React, Angular, and others.Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and their practical applicationAbility to write effective unit, integration, and end-user automation testsExperience in integrating various systems, especially CATI systems.Strong knowledge in AWS S3, PostgreSQL or MySQL.
