Software Engineer, Relay

Social Finance, LLC seeks Software Engineer, Relay in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Deliver resilient and scalable code. Own and ideate on technical solutions for
product requirements and user stories with minimal supervision. Participate in code and design
reviews. Generate ideas for new initiatives and technologies. Communicate engineering
concepts and efforts with outside stakeholders in product marketing, operations, business, legal,
and compliance. Work in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment across multiple offices.
Telecommuting is an option.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science,
Engineering, or closely related quantitative discipline, and one (1) year of experience in job
offered or in any occupation in a related field.

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Java; (2) Relational database; (3) REST web services; (4) SQL;
(5) Software Development Lifecycle; (6) Distributed Systems; (7) NoSQL databases; (8) Data
structures and algorithms; (9) Git; (10) Web development. Any suitable combination of
education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option.

Salary: $157,500.00 - $181,125.00 per annum.
