You will design and implement high-throughput, low-latency services in Rust and TypeScript, manage on-chain wallets across multiple blockchains, and ensure seamless regulatory compliance while supporting global operations. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders across engineering, treasury, and operations teams, contributing to both core infrastructure and internal tools. Accountabilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of on-chain wallets across multiple blockchain ecosystems
  • Ensure liquidity and compliance for client funds, including integration with third-party providers
  • Build and maintain core services providing visibility into on-chain positions and transactions
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver treasury management tools and process improvements
  • Contribute to internal standards, documentation, and tooling to improve engineering practices and reliability
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of backend engineering experience with strong proficiency in asynchronous Rust
    • Experience building high-volume, distributed systems and working with APIs and gRPC
    • Familiarity with event streaming platforms such as Kafka and core DevOps tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
    • Hands-on experience with multiple blockchain ecosystems and open-source blockchain clients
    • Knowledge of relational databases, logging/monitoring systems, and cloud infrastructure
    • Strong focus on security, reliability, performance, clean code, testing, and documentation
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and align multiple teams on priorities
    • Pragmatic problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
    • Benefits:

      • Remote-first work environment with flexibility in location
      • Opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge crypto infrastructure impacting global operations
      • Work on high-impact projects at the intersection of blockchain, finance, and compliance
      • Collaborative and inclusive team culture with global peers
      • Professional development opportunities in Rust, distributed systems, and blockchain technologies
      • Competitive salary and benefits aligned with industry standards
